After 23 years of living in my home and never servicing my swamp cooler, it stopped working. I called Charron and talked to Matt, who immediately scheduled somebody to be out the next morning. Customer service is amazing. Jaden came out and repaired the swamp cooler by replacing pads and completely servicing every part of the swamp cooler that was an issue. Within a few hours, the swamp cooler was working as well as an air conditioner in my opinion. I highly recommend this company.
